- Commissions at the moment are held on an "ask me" basis. Depending on my work schedule, I may or may not be available to take them.

- You may message me with questions or to ask for a quote for the future!

- When asking for a commission or a quote, please provide all the necessary details up front and a full, un-watermarked reference if applicable. If the quote is for a design commission, please provide multiple reference images as well as a clear description of the character's appearance.

- I will give you a full quote, broken down by item if required. Once you have confirmed this quote I will invoice you.

- Please be respectful while communicating with me. I will do the same. I retain the right to refuse service for any reason.

- Payment is due in full upfront before I will start your commission unless a payment plan has been agreed upon beforehand.

- I ONLY accept payment through paypal (USD) unless otherwise stated.

- I conduct all payments through invoicing. Please do not send me money directly.

- All products are digital. I will not be providing physical copies. If you require a higher resolution file so you can print your commission yourself for non-commercial use please let me know and I can get one to you.

- When asking for a commission/quote, you will be able to chose when/how frequently I check in with you. I will provide wips (work in progress shots) at any point indicated and may check in additionally for particularly complex commissions.

- You may message me at any point for an update!

- Upon completion I will provide you with the finished product as well as any additional versions (without background, etc.) If requested I can also provide high res versions.

- After project completion I will not make further changes without an additional charge unless it is due to a mistake on my part. It is your responsibility to communicate issues with me during the commission process, anything after that is on you.

- Commissions may take me varying amounts of time to complete based on many factors, some of which include workload, personal life and mental health. If you would like your commission within and certain time frame or by a certain date please discuss this with me beforehand!

-I allow rush orders for an additional fee but can not always take them.

You may:

• Use your commission in any non-commercial way you see fit unless otherwise discussed beforehand.

• Repost your commission elsewhere with proper credit.

• Add your own watermarks.

• Request I not post your commission publicly.

• Make edits to character designs as you see fit. Do NOT edit the original artwork.

• Reproduce or use my art for commercial purposes unless otherwise discussed beforehand.

• Edit or otherwise alter my artwork without my permission. Please notify me if you require other versions of your commission.

• Repost without credit or take credit for the art.

• Remove/cover/crop out my watermark.

I retain the right to post all artwork in my galleries and use it to promote myself unless otherwise discussed beforehand.

Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned artwork for non fungible tokens. Use of the artwork for any advertising or profits associated with non fungible tokens or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.

- In the case of a cancellation I retain the rights to all materials created during the commission process and may reuse or, in the case of character designs, resell them as I see fit.

-Should I find need to cancel a commission on my account at any point, a discussed refund will be provided.

- Please contact me to request a refund! If you use Paypal's chargeback feature you lose your right to a refund.
 

•  Full refunds may be requested at any point before I start your commission.

•  After the sketch or concept phase I will allow a partial negotiated refund.

•  During the lining and coloring process, I will allow, at most, a 50% refund.

•  If the work is more than 80% finished, I will not allow a refund .

- If you file a charge back against me you immediately lose all rights to your commission and will be banned from doing business with me in the future. I have 0 tolerance for this.
